Manual Lymph Drainage (Dr Vodder Technique)

As a Dr Vodder  Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Therapist, Vicky practices a  unique method of stimulating the movement of fluid from the tissues into the lymph vessels. The gentle rhythmic pumping  massage like movements follow the direction of lymph flow and produce rapid results.

  • Pre-surgical - preparing the tissue for surgical intervention, cleansing the tissue and clearing the pathways.
  • Post-surgery - reduces swelling assists in regeneration of lymphatic tissue and helps break down  recent scar tissue.

  • Chronic pain of numerous origins e.g. fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, carpel tunnel, chronic sinusitis, hay fever, head aches, migraine, meniere's disease and tinnitus.
